Proptech solutions are well-positioned to address these challenges by optimizing energy use, managing waste effectively, and supporting sustainable construction practices through tools like BIM. These digital twins of buildings enable architects and engineers to assess the environmental impact of materials, optimize energy usage during construction, and design for long-term energy efficiency. Additionally, AI-powered solutions are being developed to predict and prevent maintenance issues, reduce resource consumption and extend the lifespan of buildings. By fostering collaboration and data-driven decision-making across the entire building lifecycle, proptech paves the way for a future where buildings are not just efficient, but truly sustainable.
